How we deliver my accessories
We use reputable South African couriers to deliver your accessories quickly to your door. Every parcel that leaves our office has a tracking number, which we can use to effortlessly track its progress. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our system automatically updates your order with the tracking number and notifies you either by email or SMS.
After your parcel is handed over to our couriers, you will receive regular updates regarding your delivery, allowing you to prepare for its arrival. Moreover, you can track your order directly on our website after accessing your account.
When we deliver your accessories
Our couriers operate exclusively on weekdays, from 8 am to 5 pm, and do not provide delivery services on weekends or public holidays. For smooth delivery, kindly provide us with the address where you are typically available during weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm.
